Rules of Entry

• Participants must have meat ready for judging no later than 11:00 A.M.
• Meat will be provided and can be picked up as early as Friday the 17th.
• You will be cooking pork (Exacts to be determined closer to date).
• YOU MUST COOK ON THE FAIRGROUNDS.​
• Meat will be served in the concession stand for lunch following judging.
• Participants MUST PRE-REGISTER by July 10th.
• Entry Fee $50.  Will have monetary prizes for 1st -3rd Places
